Building a solid foundation of pipe bedding is an essential part of any pipe laying project. This bedding helps to add stability to the pipes, and it helps to ensure that they don't bend, leak or break under the weight of the earth that we move back into place once we lay the pipes.

Concrete Bedding

Our concrete bedding has gained popularity over recent years for its durability and longevity. It gives the pipes a solid foundation to rest on, and it's resistant to corrosion. It also stops deflection for flexible pipes and helps to distribute the weight load over rigid pipes.

Sand Bedding

Back Soil Bedding

One of the easiest ways to reduce the amount of leftover soil at a project is to use back soil bedding for your pipes. We'll use our earthmoving equipment to lay down a thick layer of bedding, and we'll compact it, so it helps to distribute the load's weight evenly along the pipe.

Some areas are better served by sand bedding. It's porous and allows water to drain away from the pipe and can help in wetter areas like the Gold Coast and Brisbane. This drainage can increase the pipe's lifespan.
